At Hikari Spirits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting selections. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide your order number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original Hikari Spirits boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
